  Gardening can add an additional resource to your household in both food and traditional medicinal plants. I just went through the seeds packets we have, to determine what I need and what to add. I am going to start germination of some seeds tomorrow. Here is our current packages of seeds. In addition we will be attempting to germinate and start plants from food sources we have purchased for ourselves and animals. Getting Back At It SPAM and Peach Recipes

  It has been a while since I posted anything. Life has been crazy busy but I will try get interesting food related blog articles out more often.    I know many folks stocked up on a variety of canned goods as a result of the Pandemic and you maybe wondering what sort of creative cooking you can do. As a result of this today I am simply posting a couple SPAM recipes from the folks at Hormel which uses SPAM, canned Peaches and canned Sweet Potatoes. Both are presented as a little Summer cheer for your Winter blues.
