  It has been a while since I posted anything. Life has been crazy busy but I will try get interesting food related blog articles out more often.    I know many folks stocked up on a variety of canned goods as a result of the Pandemic and you maybe wondering what sort of creative cooking you can do. As a result of this today I am simply posting a couple SPAM recipes from the folks at Hormel which uses SPAM, canned Peaches and canned Sweet Potatoes. Both are presented as a little Summer cheer for your Winter blues. This is an alternative recipe to the original recipe because of sugar rationing.
